Drove to Waterford from the B&B. Not as bad a drive in the daylight. Toured the factory and than drove to the heart of the city and wandered. D got online at the internet cafe while I went to the tourist office and booked rooms for Killkarney and Galway. We than toured a fishing village and had dinner. Today we are eating at blarney castle in cork on our way to killkarney.

Predicted to hit low-mid 30's here tonight, blustery during the day.
Should hit 50's and sunny all weekend, not as windy Sun.
Joining a couple others for a Sun. afternoon ride that will be new to me.
The 55mi Mount Weather loop (aka Blue Ridge Challenge) starts/ends in Marshall, VA, a little over a 1hr drive for me. A crisp day with nice fall colors is the hope.
Looks like I might find an elevated point where I can snap a pic.
An easy/off day today exercise-wise.
Chiro, massage at lunch hr.
Eve – 20mins poolside stretching, then swim.
Swim 40mins drills and very form-focused steady free.
