The Ireland three have moved out of Dublin. B is behind the wheel, and has already played chicken with locals, to the point of clipping one oncomer's side mirror. Narrow roads she says, very narrow. No significant unplanned detours on the way to Dunmore East near Waterford.
D gets the official Tough Guy award. He pulled off a complete marathon, battling back spasms all the way. 5:47, probably 90mins more than had he been healthy.
Plenty of fish being consumed, haddock, cod, salmon.
No word on yarn shops or distant relatives.

Me - gotta get my hands along my centerline when pulling, "grab the rope";
gotta get long, arms behind ears, pencil straight body rather than arching back to get hips up, esp obvious with rotate drill; Weak left side/pull
Fight to stay focused on quality stroke, key elements - e.g. thumb passing by belly button on pull
Run 50mins, ~6.75mi felt pretty decent, fairly frisky, or seemed so, maybe cause it was chilly and dark out.
